Online Directory and more!

MBE uses Membership Toolkit for our Printed and Online Directory, Online Sales, and Communications. At the beginning of each school year, you will need to go to Membership Toolkit to register your email address and verify all of your information. Be sure to download the new mobile app as well so you can access the directory, store and all forms on your phone!

Here's what you need to do if you are new to MBE: 

  • Go to

  • Click on the Register/Login button.

  • Select "Create Account" under "New User" and fill in the name, email, and password information. You will need to set up a new password. 

  • Click "verify my email" and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.

  • Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process. 

  1. Complete the Parent/Family and Student Information.

  2. Complete the Directory/Publish Preferences.

  3. Once these forms are complete, you will be able to access the store and the online directory.

Once the Primary Account is set up, the Primary User can "invite" other email addresses to access his/her account.  This allows the Secondary User to have their own login information, but still have access to the family account.

Be sure to also download the Membership Toolkit app so you can access the online directory on your phone.
